Shopping For Natural Body Care.........
So I am super excited to announce that Intrepid Hearts is collaborating with Whole Foods Market this month in order to do some product testing. Over the next month I will be trying out 5 products hand picked for me by the fabulous Whole Body Team in Allentown, PA. Seriously though, I love the Whole Body Department ❤️❤️❤️. If you take me to Whole Foods it is guaranteed I will disappear down the aisles of Whole Body completely distracted from my original mission.
"Umm sorry I forgot to actually buy dinner, but I got this great shampoo."
More often then not when I have received a product recommendation from someone in that department it is spot on. The Whole Body peeps really know their sh*t! They frequently attend educational trainings on the products they carry preparing them for me and the barrage of questions I often come armed with. I can't tell you how many times I've tutored one of their employees, pulling them into a 15 minute debate over which face wash to purchase. No matter what I throw at them the team in Whole Body always accommodates me and my neediness with a smile.
In addition to the stellar service, the other reason I'm a big Whole Body fan is that they have made a commitment to only carry consciously created products. If I wanted to I could shop their aisles without giving a Below are a few of their quality commitment guidelines.
- We carefully evaluate each and every product we sell.
- We are passionate about aromatic, luxurious, effective personal care products and the pleasure of sharing them with others.
- We encourage our vendor partners to use plant-based and naturally derived ingredients, pure essential oil fragrances, gentle preservatives and non-petroleum ingredients.
- We are committed to high-quality body care products that have a proven track record.
- We only sell personal care products that have not been tested on animals.
- We provide personal care products that support health and well-being.
Products They Don't Sell
"Currently, there are 100+ ingredients common in conventional body care products that are not allowed in any body care products we sell. That includes phthalates, microbeads, triclosan, BHT, BHA, aluminum chlorohydrate, and many more. Our buyers are passionate about seeking out the freshest, most healthful, minimally processed products available."
