Lasagna is one of the favorite dishes in our household, but I don't always take the time to make it because it's not necessarily the most healthy dinner. All those layers of pasta with mozzarella and ricotta is just HEAVY. The best chocolate chia pudding! Super simple anyone can make it and you probably have all of the ingredients in your pantry! Combatting the dryness in Colorado has been rough. I talked about how much I love drinking water, but you also have to hydrate from within with omega 3 fatty acids to really hydrate and lubricate your body. This is why I love chia seeds. They are great for joint health, digestion and an excellent source of Omega 3s. Check out my blog post on OH! Juice to learn more about healthy fats.
