HEMP!!! What is hemp? I believe Hemp is the most versatile and valuable crop that exists. It can be extracted into a powerful concentrated oil that is healing people all across the nation, it can be used  to make paper, clothing, building materials, biofuels and anything that is made out of plastic AKA if our nation didn't restrict hemp a majority of our products would be in hemp packaging today instead of horrible plastic.

Spring Cleaning

I don’t know about you but by the end of each winter I feel like my eating habits have gone to total shit. As a general rule of thumb I try to follow the 80/20 rule with my diet. 80% of the time I eat extremely clean and the other 20% of the time I eat whatever my little heart desires. I will never claim myself to be one of the healthiest eaters out there. I wish I could but I REALLY REALLY LOVE FOOD. I love the things that aren’t necessarily that good for me like cheese and fried foods. I am a pretty small girl so people so who don’t know me mock me when I tell them I love to eat.

Learn more about the fermented beverages at your farmer's market and grocery store shelves including Kombucha, Drinking Vinegars and Kvass. In case you haven't noticed I take my hydration very seriously. Like everyone is kind of creeped out by my massive yeti water bottle I carry around with me EVERYWHERE. I am obsessed with water and am especially thirsty out here in Colorado. It's so dry I legit feel like Spongebob visiting Sandy without his space helmet of water.

Anna and I LOVE staying active. I played organized sports growing up and as an adult I quickly transitioned into a workout enthusiast, getting involved with everything from teaching yoga to training for a triathlon and various fitness classes such as soul cycle, kickboxing, and barre. You name the fitness craze I have likely tried it. Working out for me has been always been a tool to develop mental discipline.
