After reading Gigi's Art of Attention yoga Challenge blog post I was immediately inspired and motivated to connect back to my yoga routine as well. We both are certified yoga instructors and have been completely immersed in yoga at some points in our lives day dreaming of a place where we could do yoga, share yoga and live yoga every day.

Being in gratitude for the not-yet manifested informs The Universe that you know that what you desire already exists, and puts you at the right frequency to receive it.
We all fall victim to it from time to time those days when we just fall into a downward spiral of pity. The end of the weekend can totally churn up some weird negative shit for us.
RIDICULOUS Vegan Lasagna
Lasagna is one of the favorite dishes in our household, but I don't always take the time to make it because it's not necessarily the most healthy dinner. All those layers of pasta with mozzarella and ricotta is just HEAVY. For my man's birthday I always make him a lasagna so when I went to make him one this year I decided to lighten it up a bit and he was SHOCKED when I told him it was completely vegan. This recipe is addicting and I think I might have eaten more of this batch of lasagna than him this time around. oops. HBD! lol

Kids these days are so fortunate to have the unlimited resources of the internet as a reference point when they don’t have that older sibling to ask questions to…. and not look like a scrub with blue eyeshadow and black eyeliner...while they are going to the tanning salon every day.....

As we transition from the fiery season of Summer to the Harvest and abundance of Airy Fall the days grow shorter and the sunlight (for most of us in the Northern Hemisphere) is limited. I’m lucky my job requires me to be in a creative zone on a regular basis. The thing is sometimes it is just really nice to create something just for the sole purpose of letting your creativity flow. Fuck the outcome! Creating something with out any expectation of how it may or may not turn out is completely and utterly freeing. One of my favorite Sunday rituals is taking a few hours to hide away in my office/studio to allow absolute creative.
