I would say that the later I schedule my workout during the day the more likely I am to bail. I find that by the end of the day I’m low on energy and more likely to make excuses for why I can’t fit my workout in. Even if you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, a morning workout will boost your endorphin levels, decreasing your stress levels and leaving you smiling for the rest of your day. People who exercise regularly report feeling more empowered and all around better about their work-life balance.

 

5) You will feel sexier
