I legit am considering ghost writing a book on my experiences. That isn’t even the call out on myself the real call out is that I am a serial dater.

Afternoon Energy Boost that's Healthier than Coffee
Gigi and I love whipping up Dandy Blend Lattes. I personally don't drink coffee although I love the taste I am way too sensitive to the caffeine. A perfect alternative is Dandy Blend tea it gives an energy boost like caffeine, without the crash and anxiety. I have been all over our Instagram story as of late smudging away. I feel like at this point in time most of you know what smudging is but in case you don't I will give you a brief rundown.......The burning of sage is one of the oldest methods of energy cleansing. Today we mostly associate this act with the Native American culture however, the burning of herbs and resin for cleansing is common practice shared amongst many cultures.

Denim is back and RAGING all this summer and continuing through Fall. I am not the biggest jeans girl, but love mixing up my printed bell bottoms with a denim top. Lots of brands are capitalizing on this denim trend and of course charging way too much for a denim shirt or jacket.

Keeping up with a regular yoga practice, kundalini practice and meditation practice seems like a lot in this fast paced tech heavy world we live in now. But think about how many TV shows you have seen every episode of or have binge watched. During one episode of game of thrones you could have done yoga, kundalini and meditated. It's just about priorities and for a lot of people spirituality isn't at the top of the list. Which is fine, YOU DO YOU, but just imagine a world where people did slow down and take time to look inward. It makes reflecting your love for yourself onto others a lot easier.
